Sir,
I am a regular buyer of Nandini butter which comes in packets of 100, 200 & 500 gms. Since a long time, I have been noticing that these packets which are sold at Nandini booths are tampered when compared to those sold at popular departmental stores.
A small quantity of butter is scooped off very cleverly from one end of the packet and when I questioned the vendors, they gave excuses saying the packets are dumped on top of each other and due to melting they lose shape.
I have checked with at least 4 to 5 booths in Jayanagar and Kuvempunagar and every time its the same case. I even weighed the packets at home and found that they weigh 20 to 50 gms less.
I request the Nandini authorities to kindly seal the butter packets and make them tamper proof. In a country like ours where cheating propensity is very high should not the authorities ensure better packaging to avoid this situation?
