Ten-day Gruha Shobhe International Trade Fair at Maharaja’s College Grounds from May 19

Mysore/Mysuru: Gruha Shobhe, the  International Trade Fair which has been providing Mysureans an opportunity to buy most branded household items under one roof for more than 27 years, is back again at Maharaja’s College Grounds.

The ten-day Trade Fair comprising Automobile, Interiors and Furniture exhibition will be inaugurated on May 19 at 11 am.

 The uniqueness of this year’s Gruha Shobhe is a bike stunt performance and visitors can also see many Electric Vehicle brands including four-wheelers and commercial vehicles.

Briefing about the expo at Pathrakartara Bhavan in city yesterday, Simon Exhibitors Director M.S. Nagachandra said, “Gruha Shobhe is a trusted name among not only people of Mysuru but also across the State. Hence to provide most of the quality products under one roof, we are conducting this annual expo in most of the districts in Karnataka including Mysuru.”

Gruha Shobhe International Trade Fair will be held from May 19 to 28; Automobile expo from May 19 to 21; Interiors and Furniture expo from May 24 to 28, all daily between 11 am and 9 pm, he said adding that from small company products to multinational company products will be available under one roof.

There will be more than 200 stalls displaying branded products like electronics, appliances, automobiles, furniture, paintings, carpets, modular kitchens among other products. Besides huge discounts and surprise gifts, many attractive offers on different products are also available.

Separate food stalls have been put up at the venue.  Gruha Shobhe is an ideal platform for both participants and consumers.

Mango and Jackfruit Mela from May 23

Gruha Shobhe will also be hosting a six-day mango and jackfruit mela at Maharaja’s Collwege Grounds from May 23 to 28 in association with Horticulture Department to provide a platform for farmers to sell their produce directly to consumers. Visitors can buy naturally ripened mangoes and jackfruits at the mela from the farmers of Mysuru, Mandya, Channapatna and Ramanagara.
