This Road in Srirampura is crying for attention

Sir,

The stretch of road from Vivekananda Circle alongside Domino’s Pizza, Canara Bank, and Medha Medicals in Srirampura is currently facing significant challenges.

The situation is chaotic due to the haphazard traffic, where minors as young as ten years old are seen riding two-wheelers, often while talking on their smartphones. Moreover, instances of triples and even quadruples on a single bike, with occupants not wearing helmets, are rampant.  Reckless speeding exacerbates the chaotic conditions.

Furthermore, the area opposite Canara Bank has become a source of foul odour due to its misuse as a public toilet. Also, the unrestricted burning of plastic and waste near the Medical Store, next to auto stand, adds to the unpleasant environment.

I urge the authorities concerned to address these issues promptly and effectively. Immediate action is necessary to mitigate potential hazards to public safety and well-being.

Residents and commuters in the area deserve a safe and clean environment, and these problems must be resolved without further delay.
