Sir,
At a time when cleanliness is of utmost importance, there is a stray horse spotted near our house (No. 905, 4th Main, 28th Cross, Vidyaranyapuram). I too have sympathy towards animals but this horse needs immediate medical assistance. Its skin has multiple rashes and it keeps scratching it. Hope the authorities concerned will do the needful at the earliest.
