127 grams gold ornaments, three two-wheelers all worth Rs. 6.5 lakh recovered
Mysore/Mysuru: The N.R. Division ACP squad and N.R. Police Station personnel on July 22 arrested a person on charges of snatching gold chains and lifting two-wheelers at various places.
During interrogation, the accused is said to have confessed of committing the crimes along with two of his accomplices and based on the information provided by the accused, the Police, on July 26 took two convicts, who were in jail into their custody and interrogated them.
Based on the information provided by them, the Police have recovered five gold chains weighing 127 grams and worth Rs. 5,00,000 and three two-wheelers worth Rs. 1,50,000 from them.
Following their arrest, the Police have solved one case each in city’s N.R. Police Station, Jnanabharathi, Byadarahalli, Tavarekere, KRS, Nanjangud Rural, Pandavapura and Kirugaval Police Stations and two cases in Kanakapura Police Station.

Eeresh and Technical Division staff Gurudev Aradhya, C.M. Manju, P. Kumar and Shyam Sundar in the nabbing and recovery operation.
