Mysuru: A three-day Eighth Asian Association of Schools of Pharmacy Conference, organised by the Indian Association of Colleges of Pharmacy and JSS University will be held from Oct. 27 at the JSS University campus in Bannimantap, said Vice-Chancellor Dr. B. Suresh.
Addressing a press conference at the Pathrakarthara Bhavan, here yesterday, he said that the theme of the conference is ‘Integrating Pharmacy Education, Practice and Research,’ and it will be inaugurated by Dr. Dhirendra Pal, Director, National Assessment and Accreditation Council at 10 am tomorrow.
The experts from nearly 40 countries will attend the conference and there will also be a poster exhibition. The conference will debate on Medical Science, current and future trends and how to bridge them, he said.
JSS Dean Dr. G. Parthasarathy was also present at the press conference.
