B.V. Javaregowda, President of Federation of All India Farmers Associations (FAIFA) will take part as a representative of India at the international Tobacco Growers Association Convention to take place at Raleigh in North Carolina, USA, from Oct.15 to 18.
Tobacco growers from across the world will take part in the Convention, which would discuss the problems of tobacco growers and cultivation issues.
