Train service between Mysuru and Bengaluru: Suggestion to SWR

Sir,

The train service between Bengaluru and Mysuru, which has been started, is having a poor response due to its timings.

The timing from Bengaluru at 9.20 am and from Mysuru at 1.45 pm has been serving no purpose. Even a 14 coach train having a capacity of 1,400 carries only 150 passengers each way.

It would be ideal if South Western Railways (SWR) replaces this service by a 7 coach MEMU, starting Mysuru at 6.30 am and from Bengaluru at the same time. Return journey can be fixed at 5.30 pm on both sides.

Hope, SWR changes the timings from June 8, 2020 instead of continuing with this unrealistic timings.
