Mysuru: As part of its tenth anniversary, the city’s Natya Sangeethalaya Research Institute will be hosting a two-day music-dance fest at Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha on JLB road on Jan. 26 and 27.
The event will begin with Vishnu Kandinya presenting a flute concert at 5.30 pm on Jan 26 which will be followed by a vocal recital by a group of students.
Noted music scholar K.R. Sridhar will be felicitated on the occasion.
Art patron K.V. Murthy will preside. Kannada and Culture Assistant Director H. Channappa will be the chief guest. On Jan. 27, students of Sri Mata Nrutya Kala Kendra will present a dance performance at 5.30 pm, followed by a presentation by students of Natya Sangeethalaya.
Rajyotsava Awardee Vidu. Nandini Eshwar will be felicitated on the occasion.
