Mysore/Mysuru: JSS Sangeetha Sabha is re-starting live concerts by organising a Music Festival on Sept.27 (Monday) and Sept. 28 (Tuesday) at Nava-jyothi auditorium, JSS Women’s College, Swimming Pool Road, Saraswathipuram.
The festival will be hosting four well-known musicians of Mysuru and will be a balanced mix of vocal and instrumental music each day. The rasikas will be treated with a delightful and melodious confluence of music.
On Sept.27 from 6 pm, vocalist N. Srinath will be performing along with Keshav Mohan Kumar on violin, Sai Shivu Lakshmi Keshav on mridanga and T.A Ramanujan on morching.
At 7.15 pm, flautist Mysore A. Chandan Kumar will be performing along with Sumanth Manjunath on violin, A. Radhesh on mridanga and Shamith Gowda on ghata.
On Sept. 28 at 6 pm, R.K. Padmanabha will be presenting a veena recital along with P.S Shridhar on mridanga and M.R. Manjunath on ghata.
The festival will conclude with the vocal performance of N.R. Prashanth at 7.15 pm. He will be accompanied by Sumanth Manjunath on violin, A. Radhesh on the mridanga and S. Manjunath on ghata.
JSS Sangeetha Sabha invites all the music-lovers of the city to the musical evening by maintaining COVID protocol.
