Mysuru, Oct. 24 -Two autorickshaw drivers sustained minor injuries and escaped miraculously as a huge Gulmohar tree inside the Curzon Park, near Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple, fell on the two autos this noon.
It is learnt that the auto drivers were resting inside their vehicles when the tree fell on the autos trapping them inside. Passersby, who observed the drivers inside the autos, managed to clear the branches and helped the drivers out of the vehicles.
Soon, the Mysuru City Cororation’s (MCC) Abhaya team and Devaraja Police rushed to the spot and cleared the tree.
