Mysuru: In separate incidents, K.R. Police and Ashokapuram Police have found the bodies of unidentified persons in their respective jurisdictions.
In the first incident, K.R. Police have found the body of an unidentified woman in a partially burnt state in Chamundi Hill Forest on Thursday.
Forest Guards L. Jagadish and Virupaksha, who were on regular rounds in the forest area, found the half-burnt and highly decomposed body of a woman aged between 20 and 30 years near Jwalamukhi Watch Tower on Uttanahalli Road.
Based on a complaint by Jagadish, K.R. Police have registered a case in this regard.
The Police suspect that the woman may have been murdered elsewhere and the body was dumped in Chamundi Hill forest area.
In the second incident, Ashokapuram Police have found a body of an unidentified man aged between 55 and 60 years near a puncture shop on Manandavadi Road on Jan.16 afternoon.
The man is 5ft. tall, wheatish complexioned, oval faced and medium built.
