Unidentified bodies found

Mysuru: In separate cases, the Mysuru Railway Police have found bodies of unidentified persons on Dec.18 and 20 at Mysuru and Srirangapatna Railway Stations respectively.

In the first case, Railway Police have found a body of an unidentified man inside a bogie on Platform No.2 at Mysuru Railway Station on Dec.18.

The unidentified man, aged about 45 years, is 5 ft. tall, oily-red complexioned, oval faced, normal built and was wearing a faded green colour checks shirt and a grey pant.

In the second case, the Railway Police, on Dec.20, found a body of an unidentified woman who was run over by a train at Srirangapatna Railway Station. The deceased, aged about 45 years is 5 ft. tall, oily-red complexioned, oval-faced, normal built, has tattoos on both hands and was wearing a black and blue flower design silk saree and a black blouse.

The Railway Police, who have booked cases of unnatural deaths, have shifted both the bodies to MMC&RI mortuary in city and have urged the kith and kin of the deceased to contact Mysuru Railway Police on Ph: 0821-2516579.
