Unidentified bodies found in city

Mysuru: In separate cases, the Mysuru Railway Police and the Mandi Police have found bodies of unidentified persons in their jurisdiction.

Two bodies at Railway Station: In the first case, the Railway Police found a body of an unidentified person on Platform No. 6 near LIC building and have shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary.

The unidentified person, aged about 50 years is 5.6 ft. tall, oval faced, dark complexioned, normal built and was found wearing a faded grey coloured shorts.

In the second case, the Railway police found a body of a 50-year-old unidentified person between Belagola and Sagarakatte Railway Stations.

The unidentified person is 5.2 ft. tall, dark complexioned, normal built, and was found wearing a pink coloured shirt, blue coloured baniyan and white dhoti.

The Railway Police, have shifted both the bodies to MMC&RI mortuary, and has requested the public to contact Mysuru Railway Police Station on Ph: 0821-2516579 if the identify these bodies.

Mandi Police Jurisdiction: The Mandi Police on Mar. 4, found a body of an unidentified man in front of a medical store on SR Road and Kabir Road junction.

The unidentified person looks like a beggar and his name and other details are not known.

Mandi Police, have shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary and has requested the public to contact Mandi Police Station on Ph: 0821-2418313/513 or contact Police Control Room on Ph: 0821-2418339 if they have a missing elderly person.
