K.M. Jyothi has been awarded Ph.D in Kannada by the UoM, Mysuru, for her thesis ‘K.C. Shivappa avara Sahitya’ [Guide: Dr. M. Ramakrishna].

M.D. Veeranna has been awarded Ph.D in Kannada by the UoM, Mysuru, for his thesis ‘Soligara Sahitya Mattu Kale’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. Akkamahadevi.

S. Maridevaiah has been awarded Ph.D in Co-operation by the UoM, Mysuru, for his thesis ‘Performance of Sugar Co-operatives in Karnataka: A Case Study of Mandya District’ [Guide: Dr. S. Mahendrakumar].

M. Lokesh has been awarded Ph.D in Anthropology by the UoM, Mysuru, for his thesis ‘A Study on Socio-Economic Change and Challenges Among the Tribal Population of Chamarajanagara District, Karnataka’ [Guide: Dr. M.R. Gangadhar.
