I am writing to express my deep concern about the worsening traffic chaos at Akashvani Circle in Yadavagiri. This area has become a major bottleneck, causing significant inconvenience and posing serious safety risks to commuters.
The non-functional traffic signal at this intersection has only worsened the situation. Vehicles frequently speed through without regard for traffic rules, leading to numerous near-miss accidents. This lack of order is particularly hazardous for pedestrians, especially the elderly and children, who are most vulnerable in such conditions.
I strongly urge the authorities to take immediate action to resolve this issue. Transforming Akashvani Circle into a regulated zone with a functioning traffic signal and better management can greatly improve traffic flow and enhance road safety.
Such measures will reduce accidents, ease congestion and create a more pedestrian-friendly environment. By addressing this pressing issue, we can ensure safer and smoother roads for everyone.
