‘URJA 2k19’ National-level Technical Fest on Mar.21 and 22

Mysuru: The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, ATME College of Engineering, Mysuru, will be conducting ‘URJA 2k19,’  an annual National-level Technical Festival with multiple events in association with the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (IETE), India, on Mar.21 and 22.

The motive of this event is to develop various skills in students in co-curricular activities and to expose them to the current trends in the Technical and Professional fields.

URJA 2k19, consists of several innovative events such as Prezento – National-Level Technical Paper and Poster Presentation contest; AeroDRONE – Drone design contest, where the drones will have to be designed to be driven through a track provided by us to complete in shortest time; Robo-Vertigo – All Terrain Vehicle to be driven in an ATV styled track and must complete the track in shortest time to win; ProjectXpo – Project exhibition for all electronics based streams; Arduino-IOT-Spire – 24 hours Hackathon involving five on-spot problems that need to be solved using only Arduino; Tech-Jumanji – Technical treasure hunt; SimZone – Simulation contest involving a problem statement that will have to be simulated in stipulated amount of time in provided software; Tech-Rig – Circuit debugging contest using analog and digital hardware components only; Fast-track – Non-technical contest with time constraints; ExhiTrash – Non-technical event to create an innovative model from the scratch; QUIZitive – Technical quiz with four levels; PixStream – Non-Technical Video making contest based on given theme with video preparation duration six hours for making a video not exceeding a run time of twelve minutes; ACE – If a single college wins more than eight contests and participated in all the events then they will be rewarded the ACE.
