Mysore/Mysuru: Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Mysore, will launch the new Professional Programmes B.B.A. and B.Sc at a programme organised by Mahajana Education Society (MES), Mysuru, on Dec.11 at 10.30 am at the Tourism Department auditorium, Pooja Bhagavat Memorial Mahajana Post Graduate Centre, K.R.S.Road, Metagalli.
These new UG programmes — B.B.A (Aviation & International Tourism); B.B.A (Hotel & Hospitality); B.Sc (Food Processing & Quality Management); B.Sc (Forensic Science); B.Sc (Geology) — have direct application in the industry and help students to pursue a career in the respective field of study.
T. Muralidhar Bhagavat, President, MES, will preside. R. Vasudevamurthy, Mentor, MES, B.S. Ravikumar, Vice-President, MES, Dr. T. Vijayalakshmi Muralidhar, Hon.Secretary, MES, Dr. C.K.Renukarya, Director, Mahajana PG Centre, Dr. Jayakumari, Principal, SBRR Mahajana First Grade (FG) College and Prof. S.R. Ramesh, CEO & Chief Scientist, SBRR Mahajana FG College, will be present at the event coordinated by Cdr. H.N. Satish (retd.), Professor and Head and Dr. Satish G. Chetty, Professor and HoD (Aviation & Tourism), according to a press release from Dr. C.K. Renukarya, Director, Mahajana PG Centre.
