Vidwan M.N. Basavarajaiah (97), retired Senior Research Scholar of Oriental Research Institute (ORI) and a resident of Vidyanagar, passed away yesterday in city. He leaves behind four daughters and a son.
Last rites were performed at Chikkarangapura in Tiptur taluk of Tumakuru district this noon.
