Mysuru: Dr. Chandrashekar Foundation from Cauvery Group of Institutions, Mysuru, has instituted ‘Vidya Seva Nidhi’ to help deserving students with scholarship to pursue their studies.
Students with rural background, urban students with merit having poor socio-economic background, and physically handicapped students are eligible for this scholarship.
The programme was launched at Cauvery Heart & Multi-Speciality Hospital, Siddarthanagar, recently. Dr. C.P. Nanjaraj, Dean and Director, MMC&RI, M. Lokesh Kairga, Resident Editor, Vijaya Karnataka, Dr. G.R. Chandrashekar, Chairman, Cauvery Group of Institutions, Dr. Sarala Chandrashekar, Managing Director, Cauvery Group of Institutions, were present. The following students received the scholarship on the occasion:
