Vijaya Shankaranarayana (82), a resident of Jayalakshmipuram, passed away yesterday evening in city.
She leaves behind her husband Y.V. Shankaranarayana, a son, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this morning, according to family sources.
