Vishwakarma Convention in Bengaluru on June 20

Mysore/Mysuru: A State-level Convention of Vishwakarma community under the leadership of community Seers has been organised under the aegis of Akhila Karnataka Vishwakarma Samaja at Palace Grounds in Bengaluru on June 20.

Addressing media persons after releasing the Convention poster at Jaladarshini Guest House here yesterday, Sindhagi Moorujavadeeshwara Mutt Seer Ramachandra Swamiji, who is also the Vishwakarma Mathadipathis and Peetadhipathis Development Association President, said that the Meet would take place at Gate No. 3 (White Petals) of Palace Grounds at 12 noon on that day, in which the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister and several Cabinet Ministers would take part. He appealed the Vishwakarma community members from across the State to take part in large numbers and thus ensure the success of the Convention, which is aimed at organising and strengthening the community.

Karnataka Vishwakarma Samaja State President Malavalli Srinivas too spoke.

Samaja Women’s Wing President Vasantha Murali, former Vishwakarma Development Corporation Chairman Nandakumar, Congress leader Mogannachar, community leaders Guru Vishwakarma, Nagaraj, Gayatri Chandrashekar, Govindamma, Asha Guruji, Umesh Acharya, Rangappa, Girish and a host of community Seers from different parts of the State were present.
