Dr. B.S. Manjunatha Swamy, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), seen offering floral tributes to the portrait of Vishwakarma during the celebrations of Vishwakarma Jayanti organised by Vishwakarma Samithi in association with the District Administration and Kannada & Culture Department in a simple and symbolic manner at Mini Theatre in Kalamandira premises this morning.
