Mysuru: The six-day Export Management Training Programme for the benefit of Industrialists, Traders and prospective Exporters organised by Visvesvaraya Trade Promotion Centre (VTPC), a Government of Karnataka organisation coming under Department of Industries and Commerce, which was scheduled to be held from June 25 to 30 at S.P. Bhat Hall of The Institution of Engineers-India (IEI), JLB Road, has been postponed and will be held from July 16 to 21.
The above Training programme would cover all the salient features of Export Trade — Introduction to Export Business & WTO, Export Import Policy (Foreign Trade Policy), Export Documentation, Export Credit, Export Marketing Plan, Export Quality Management, Customs & Central Excise Formalities, Export Packaging, Export Costing & Pricing, Trade Fairs & Exhibitions, Procedures & Formalities, Roles of Export Promotion Councils, ECGC, Export Houses, C & F Agents, Internet & E-commerce, Marine Insurance, Field visits to Bangalore Air Cargo Complex, Export Incentives offered by various agencies for Promotion of Exports.
