VVCE gets ‘A’ Grade in NAAC accreditation

Mysuru:  Vidya- vardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE), Mysuru, has obtained ‘A’ grade accreditation by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

NAAC accreditation has been made mandatory by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

In the first cycle of accreditation, among 110 affiliated institutions in India, only nine institutions have secured ‘A’ grade and one among them is VVCE. The accreditation result of this institution has been approved by the Standing Committee and after the assessment; the institution could secure ‘A’ grade positively.

Dr. Prabhakara Kori of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), VV Sangha  President Gundappa Gowda, Secretary P. Vishwanath and Treasurer S.N. Lakshminarayana, Principal Dr. B. Sadashive Gowda have lauded the efforts of faculty members for this success.
