The National Institute of Engineering (NIE), Mysuru, has organised a Walkathon on the theme “Say yes to Life, No to Drugs” for NIE freshers as part of Students Induction Programme-2023 tomorrow (Sept. 16) from 6 am at NIE Diamond Jubilee Block in city.
The Walkathon will be flagged off by K.N. Keshav Murthy, Veteran Athlete and Alumnus of NIE. Dr. Rohini Nagapadma, Principal, Dr. Ganesh Prasad, Vice-Principal, Dr. Lakshmi Ranganath, Coordinator, Students Induction Programme; Dr. Chandra, NSS Officer; H.C. Sudina and R. Kavya, Physical Education Directors, NIE, will be present on the occasion, according to a press release.
