Tibetan Home Minister (in exile) Sonam Topge, who arrived at Bylakuppe in the taluk was given a warm welcome at the main arch of Bylakuppe Tibetan Camp recently. Topge who arrived from Dharmashala for a 2-day tour of Bylakuppe camp, went around the camp hearing grievances of local Tibetans.
