Mysore/Mysuru: The Rotaract Club of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE), Mysuru, is organising a health awareness programme on Aug. 2 at 6 pm through online platform.
On this occasion, a webinar on ‘Living with CoViD – 19: How lives have changed’ has been scheduled. The resource person will be Dr. Madhu Patel, Senior Consultant Paediatrician in Aayush Kids Clinic and Additional Director, Brindavan Hospital, Mysuru. He will educate about the impact and challenges of COVID.
Dr. Madhu Patel completed his Under-Graduation from Mysore Medical College and Post-Graduation in Paediatrics from Bengaluru. ‘Best Outgoing Student’ from National Board of Exams, New Delhi, he has been honoured with Fellowships from Manchester, Boston and Brisbane in the fields of Paediatric Allergies, Nutrition and Child Psychology.
The Co-ordinators of this webinar are Prof. R. Shivashankar, Prof. Arun C. Dixit and Dr. S.A. Mohan Krishna. The webinar shall be conducted through Google Meet.
Dr. G.V. Naveen Prakash, Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Dr. B. Sadashive Gowda, Principal, VVCE will be present. Students and general public can participate in the webinar and there is no registration fee.
