‘Cauvery Cup-2023,’ a 2-day Inter-Collegiate 30 Yard Cricket Tournament was organised by Sree Cauvery First Grade College in city recently. A total of 23 teams from various Colleges had participated in the tournament. In the finals, Yuvaraja’s College beat Sree Cauvery First Grade College. Winners were awarded a cash prize of Rs. 8,000 and runners took home a cash prize of Rs. 4,000. Dr. C.E. Subramanya, Administrator, Sree Cauvery Educational Institutions, sponsored special cash prize of Rs. 3,000 for runners.
