Mysuru: The students of Vijaya Vittala PU College have won several prizes in various Inter-Collegiate Cultural and Co-curricular Competitions held recently:
In the music event organised by Amarakala Sangha, C.V. Shruthi got first prize in Karnatak classical instrumental violin.
Siri Vanalli got first prize in Bhavageete competition conducted by SDM College for women and third prize in Bhavageete organised by Amarakala Sangha. She has won first prize in patriotic song competition conducted by LIC Mysuru unit.
Chilkunda Aruna got second prize in patriotic song competition conducted by LIC Mysuru unit third prize in Karnatak classical vocal competitions conducted by SDM Mysuru and by Amarakala Sangha.
G. Vishrutha got third prize in patriotic song competition conducted by LIC Mysuru unit.
Students of Vijaya Vittala have won third prize in patriotic group song competitions conducted by Amaraka Sangha and Bharath Vikas Parishad, Bharadwaj Branch, Mysuru.
T.S. Srinidhi has won first prize in Kannada debate competitions organised by Department of Kannada and Culture Mysuru and LIC Mysuru unit. He has won first prize in quiz competitions conducted by Bharath Vikas Parishad and Vijaya Vittala PU College. He has also won second prize in Kannada debate organised at Pramathi Hill view Academy and SDM College, Mysuru.
B.K. Chirag has won first prize in quiz contest organised by Bharath Vikas Parishad and Vijaya Vittala PU College.
