Forum Centre City mall had organised the second edition of ‘Forum Purple Run,’ the biggest Alzheimer’s awareness run, on Sept.15.
The event was graced by Rini Bopanna, Dr. Rajesh – Psychiatrist – HoD JSS Hospital, among other dignitaries.
Forum Purple Run offered the running distance 5 km with prizes worth Rs.1.5 lakhs.
The 5 km run was organised in two categories — Competitive and Non-Competitive. The list of Competitive category winners is as follows: Male (5 Kms): 1st place – H.D. Lakshmana (00:18:02); 2nd – H.D. Rama (00:18:32) and 3rd – Chetan (00:19:17); Female (5 Kms): 1st – K.M. Archana (00:19:48); 2nd- Thippavva Sannakki (00:21:15) and 3rd – Jade Anil (00:25:38).
