Mysuru: The Global Achievers Foundation, New Delhi, is organising Indo-Thai Summit at Hotel Holiday Inn, Silom, Bangkok, on Feb.15. At the evening, achievers in various fields will be presented with “Platinum Achievers International Award.”
While Mysuru’s Dr. H.T. Chidananda (former Director/ Principal, Mandya and Shivamogga Institute of Medical Sciences and currently Professor and HoD of Pathology, KMCT Medical College, Kozhikode, Kerala) has been selected for the award in the Health Care Services, his granddaughter Theeksha Bharuni has been selected for the award in Sports & Cultural Activities. Theeksha, daughter of Dr. H.C. Ravi and V. Nandini, residents of Kuvempunagar, is a 3rd std. student of Vidyavardhaka Sangha B.M. Sri Educational Institution, Mysuru. She has bagged medals in Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Aerobics Fitness and Dance Championships.
