Winners of ‘Sangeetha-Jnana Sudha’

City-level Inter-Collegiate Bhavageete and GK Quiz Competitions

Mysuru: ‘Sangeetha-Jnana Sudha,’ an Inter-Collegiate Kannada Bhavageete and GK Quiz Contest, was organised by Vijaya Vittala PU College, Saraswathipuram, at its premises recently. Over hundred students from various PU Colleges participated in the competitions. Following is the list of prize winners:

Bhavageete: 1st prize – C. Sanjana (Gurukula  PU College); 2nd – K.V. Priya (Gopalaswamy PU College); 3rd – T.M. Vaishnavi (Vijaya Vittala PU College); Consolation – M. Gowri  (Sadvidya PU College); Rolling Shield – Sadvidya PU College.

Quiz: 1st – S. Karthik and Pranav M. Koundinya (Jnanodaya  PU College); 2nd – S. Bharath and D.A. Shreyas (Vijaya Vittala PU College); 3rd – S.A. Prerana and B.V. Lakshmish (Sheshadripuram PU College); Consolation – H.V. Pranav and S. Shreedatta (Sadvidya PU College); Rolling Shield – Jnanodaya  PU College.

Earlier, Shubha Raghavendra, noted musician and artiste of AIR, Mysuru, inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. Jagannath Shenoy, Trustee of Vijaya Vittala Institutions, presided. H. Satyaprasad, Principal of the College, introduced the chief guest. Srushti rendered invocation. Aryashree welcomed. K. Adithi compered the programme. Gunashree proposed a vote of thanks.
