Mysuru: The following have won prizes and certificates at the photography contest conducted by Mysuru Zoo on Sept. 22. M.N. Jayakumar and Dinesh Kumble were the judges who selected the winners in Wildlife and Zoo categories.
Winners in Wildlife Category are S.R. Madhusudhan of Mysuru (1st prize), Uday Tejaswi Urs of Bengaluru (2nd prize) and N.G. Sudhir of Mysuru (3rd prize). Certificate of Merit was awarded to C.A. Somanna of Kodagu, S. Selvaraj and G.S. Ravishankar of Mysuru. Winners in Zoo Category are G.S. Ravishankar (1st prize), V. Sheshadri (2nd prize) and M. Prashanth (34d prize). All the three winners are from Mysuru. Certificate of Merit was given to G.S. Ravishankar, L. Amit and M.S. Basavanna of Mysuru and Arvind Karthik of Bengaluru, according to a press release from The Executive Director, Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens, Mysuru.
