Mysuru’s Shireen Reginald has secured gold medal in the 30th National Power Lifting Championship conducted by National Power Lifters Federation (India), Global Power Lifting Organisation, Navi Mumbai Power Lifters Association, an affiliated unit of Maharashtra Power Lifting Association, Nagpur, recognised by NPF (India) and Sports Ministry, Government of Maharashtra. His lifts were Bench Press – 100 kgs; Squats – 90 kgs and Dead Lift – 90 kgs, adding up a total score of 280 kgs.
