Mysuru: Abhignan Vedant Bhushan, a class 3 student of Excel Public School, Mysuru, has won second place in kumite and katha in the National-level Mysuru Open Karate Championship held at Teresian College Indoor Stadium in Under-9 category recently. He finished his brown 3 belt and is getting trained by Muneendra.
Abhignan is the son of renowned Bharatanatyam artiste couple Badari Divya Bhushan and Dr. Anjana Bhushan. He is also pursuing Bharatanatyam and often performs with his parents and elder brother Abhyuday Dhyan Bhushan.
