WISE (Women In Small Enterprise), the ladies wing of Mysore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI), has organised ‘WISE-X 2017’ – an exhibition by Women Entrepreneurs and felicitation to successful women entrepreneurs at Institution of Engineers-India (IEI), JLB Road, on Mar. 21.
Notary Sumana, President, Mysore Merchants Co-operative Bank, will inaugurate the event at 10 am. Ramakrishne Gowda, Joint Director, DIC, Mysuru, Sudhakar S. Shetty, Vice-President, Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI), Bengaluru and A.S. Satish, President, MCCI, Mysuru, will be the guests of honour.
Women to be felicitated are Wing Cdr. Gayathri, AFSB, Mysuru; Parvathi Javarappa, Secretary, Adyayan Educational Institution and Capt. Ritu Yadav, Hot Air Balloonist.
Awareness on GST
Also, an awareness programme on GST will be held at the same venue at 11 am, under the aegis of the Department of Commercial Taxes, in association with FKCCI and WISE.
M.C. Dinesh, President, FKCCI, Bengaluru, will inaugurate the event. Sudhakar S. Shetty will be the chief guest. A.S. Satish will be the guest of honour.
The programme features Technical Presentations by K.S. Basavaraju, Joint Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Bengaluru, Giriyanna, Joint Commissioner, Com. Taxes (Enforcement), Mysuru Division and B.T. Manohar, Chairman, State Taxes, Team GST Comm., FKCCI.
