Mysore/Mysuru: A 32-year-old woman, who had posted her death note to her father, allegedly committed suicide later by hanging self at her house in N.R. Mohalla on Friday.
The deceased is Mohankumari, wife of Udaykumar and a resident of Water Tank Road, near Ganapati Temple in N.R. Mohalla. Mohankumari, who was working at the office of a Chartered Accountant (CA) as an assistant, had married Udaykumar in 2013 after falling in love.
It is learnt that she had taken loans for the maintenance of the family and following COVID pandemic; she was caught in financial debts and was depressed. Before taking the extreme step, Mohankumari has posted a death note to her father, who is residing at R.S. Naidu Nagar in city.
In her death note, she has stated that she could neither become a good daughter to her father nor a good wife to her husband besides furnishing details of those from whom she had taken money.
Before taking the extreme step, Mohankumari has kept a copy of her death note in the house, latched the door of the house from inside and had kept the keys near the window. By the time the post reached Mohankumari’s father and he rushed to his daughter’s house, she had hanged herself.
N.R. Police conducted mahazar and have registered a case.
