Woman’s bag with jewels stolen in bus

Mysuru: Miscreants have lifted a bag containing gold jewellery of a woman, who was travelling in a KSRTC bus from Mysuru on Saturday. T.V. Padma of Melukote, who had come to Mysuru on some work, boarded a bus to Melukote at Suburban Bus Stand at about 4 pm on Saturday.  The theft came to light, when Padma alighted at Melukote. The bag contained gold jewels weighing about 108 grams and a mobile phone, according to the complaint lodged at Lashkar Police Station.
