Mysuru: In separate incident, a teacher and another woman, have been relieved of their gold chains in city.
In the first incident, Lakshmi, a resident of Begur in Gundlupet taluk, who is working as a teacher at Hemmige village in Hunsur taluk, alighted the bus near Metropole Hotel in city on Nov.29 and was walking towards Kalamandira, when the miscreant, who came from the opposite direction yanked off her 68 grams gold chain and ran away.
In the second incident, Gundlupet taluk, Chikkati village resident Lakshmi, who came to city on Nov.28 to attend a marriage, was boarding a bus at City Bus Stand, when a miscreant managed to steal her 26 grams gold necklace and earrings kept in her vanity bag.
Separate cases have been registered at Devaraja Police Station in this regard.
