City Police Commissioner Seema Latkar was the chief guest at the International Women’s Day celebrated at Ranga Rao Memorial School for Differently Abled this morning. Also present were R. Guru, Chairman of NR Foundation, along with Jannavi Murthy and Savitha Ranga, members of the Ranga family.
