Workshop on ‘Maintaining Business Data’ held

Mysuru: Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Industry  (MCCI) and Women In Small Enterprise (WISE) had recently organised a one-day workshop on “Maintaining Business Data –  Finance and other data using simple technology from MS-Excel” for all business types at MCCI premises, D.Devaraja Urs Road.

Er. Aruna, Senior IT Professional from Mysuru, conducted the technical sessions that covered maintaining employees’ data base, inventory, income and expenses, purchase and sales, creditors and debtors list, attendance of employees, salary details, list of bills receivable and bills payable, maintaining cash and bank books using spreadsheets. Women entrepreneurs, students, start-ups and many business entrepreneurs participated in the workshop.  On the occasion, H. Ramakrishne Gowda, who recently retired as Joint Director of District Industries Centre (DIC), was felicitated.
