Legendary Indian boxer Mary Kom ends her campaign at Women’s World Boxing Championships 2019 with a bronze medal as she goes down 1-4 against Turkey’s European champion and second-seeded Busenaz Cakiroglu.
Mary, who was the third seed in the competition, showcased a fiery form yet the Turkish boxer got the better off her. The Manipuri 36-year-old won her 8th medal at the tournament, which is the highest by any boxer.
