District Administration, Zilla Panchayat, Department of Women and Child Welfare, Department of Empowerment of Senior Citizens and Physically Challenged together with NGOs have organised a function on Dec. 3 at 10.30 am at Dasara exhibition grounds to mark World Disabled Day. It will be inaugurated by District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa.
