Mysuru: Avant bkg Hospitals, Mysuru, celebrated World Heart Day in city recently with the theme ‘Use Heart for Action.’ The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the local community including senior citizens.
MLA G.T. Devegowda, who was the chief guest, highlighted the importance of heart health and active living.

Walkathon symbolised the importance of regular physical activity in maintaining heart health.
Senior Citizens Wellness Programme provided tailored health consultations, heart check-ups and wellness tips for senior attendees, addressing their unique healthcare needs with a specialised privilege card.
Zumba: The foot-tapping Zumba session brought together both young and senior participants, promoting fitness and fun for all.
The events created awareness about heart health and encouraged an active lifestyle for people of all ages. Some patients also shared their experiences of being treated under Dr. J. Rajagopal.
