Youth stabbed for trivial reason

Mysuru: A youth was stabbed by another youth for a trivial reason at Lakshmipuram in city on June 22.

The stabbed youth has been identified as 23-year-old Vivek, a resident of Ashokpuram. He has been admitted to a private hospital on Narayan Shastry Road.

According to the Police and Vivek, one Kumar stabbed him for a silly reason. Both Vivek and Kumar were working as ward boys at a private hospital in Saraswathipuram. They were returning from work on Thursday night and had arguments over an issue. In a fit of rage, Kumar stabbed Vivek in the stomach and fled the spot.

Lakshmipuram Inspector G. Raghu has registered a case.
