Mysuru: The following persons have adopted the animals of Mysuru Zoo under ‘Adoption of Animals’ scheme by paying the adoption fee:

Swathi, Tumakuru – Common Peafowl (Rs.3,500); A.T. Likith, Mysuru- King Cobra (Rs.3,500); Krish & Krithi, Shivamogga – Mouse Deer & Livigston’s Turaco (Rs.9,500);  Kumar Kashyap, Mysuru – Ring Tailed Lemur (Rs.5,000); Rajagopal, Mysuru – Love Bird (Rs.1,000); Pradyumna Bharadwaj, Bengaluru – Mottled Wood Owl (Rs.7,000); Pavana Prakash, Bengaluru -Common Barn Owl & Tawny Eagle (Rs.18,500); K.S. Narasimha Murthi, Mysuru – Smooth Coated Otter & Leopard Cat (Rs.10,000), Arun S.Bhat, Bengaluru- Peacock (Rs.3,500) and Nidad Datta, Mysuru – Love Bird (Rs.1,000), according to a press release.
