Zoo animals adopted

The following persons have adopted the animals of Mysuru Zoo under “Adoption of Animals” scheme by paying the adoption fee: S. Raghavendra, Mysuru- White Peacock (Rs.3,500); Padmini Varadaraj, Mysuru – White Peacock (Rs.3,500); Matthina Gunedy, Germany – White Peaccock (Rs.3,500); College of Forestry, Sirsi – Male Hoolock Gibbon (Rs.10,000); Spoorthy Gopinath, Bengaluru – Star Tortoise, Common Barn Owl and Indian Cobra (Rs. 7,500); B.V Rajalakshmi, Bengaluru – Silver Pheasant (Rs. 3,500); Rasik Ramesh, Bengaluru – Ring Tailed Lemur (Rs.5,000); Saiprasail M. Aivalli, Gadag- Green Anaconda (Rs.10,000); J. Sharanya, Mysuru- Cockatiel (Rs. 1,000); Malhar Khadilkar, Bengaluru – Barasingha (Rs. 7,500); Vishzvas Tejnath, Mysuru – Tawny Eagle (Rs.15,000) and Turnkur Precision Pressing Work – Common Ostrich (Rs. 10,000), according to a press release from Mysuru Zoo Executive Director.
