The following individuals / institutions have adopted the animals of Mysuru Zoo under ‘Adoption of Animals’ scheme by paying the adoption fee: Meghana Manjunath, Bengaluru – White Peacock & Indian Flapshell Turtle (Rs. 5,500); Dr. Hemath Pandarpurkar, Bengaluru – Small Indian Civet (Rs. 5,000); Himathram, Mysuru – Hoolock Gibbon (Rs. 10,000); H.R. Basavaraju, Bangalore – Leopard Cat (Rs. 5,000); J. Likitha, Mysuru – Star Tortoise (Rs. 2,000), according to a press release from the Zoo Executive Director.
