Mysore/Mysuru: As part of Celebration Run Series, Life is Calling, a Sports Management Company, will be organising the 11th edition of Celebration Mysore Marathon on Nov. 14 (Sunday) from Balarama Gate of Mysore Palace.

The event to be flagged off at 4.45 am will host a 42-km Full Marathon, 30-km Run, 21-km Half Marathon, 10-km Run for participants who are aged 16 years and above and 5-km Run / Walk for participants aged 11 years and above.

Addressing a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan in city this morning, P.V. Sunil, Race Director, Life is Calling Sports, said that this year they were also hosting 10 Blind Runners and their Guides to Run the Marathon event. Full Marathon, 30-km Run, 21-km Half Marathon and 10-km Run are competitive categories with the participants expected from all over the country. The 5-km Celebration Fun Run / Walk is a non-competitive category to encourage participants from across Karnataka, he said.
